My Least Favorite Bugs

Roaches and slugs are my least favorite bugs.

They creep through sludgy grime, and appear at awful times,

Like when it is dark or after a heavy rain.

The roach moves quite quickly, and the slug barely at all. But

Regardless of their speed, they are both a fright to befall.

When I see them I am disgusted, and I wish to stomp them flat dead.

Yet I know that I would hate the feel of squishy guts weighing upon my head.

If I had it my way, they would not even exist.

And then there would be two less bugs on my least favorite bugs list.
