And while Best Children's Books is a labor of love...it's a profitable labor of love.

I'm sure you have interests that you wish you could spend more time on. But since there are only 24 hours in a day and mouths to feed, well...

Some things drop by the wayside.

But what if you were paid to spend time on what you love? Would that change things?

I've figured out a way to write children's books and write about children's books and get paid for my efforts. What's my secret? This website, this entirely homemade website.

I write most of the words on the site. (Though I've gotten so big that I now have some great book reviewers helping me!) I create the graphics using free software. I created the structure and I answer the email.

And I knew almost nothing about creating a website before I got started.

I use a service that gave me all the tools I needed. I didn't even have to know computer code!
