In high school, I had a very professional and knowledgeable art teacher who taught me how to put together an effective portfolio. I'm currently working on my degree in art. I've been drawing and painting ever since I can remember. Now that I'm older, it's really easy for me to see who and what has inspired me. Growing up with three sisters, my art tends to be very feminine, ethereal. However, since I've had my son, my eyes have also been opened to the curious world of boy-dom. I love drawing people, and most of all children. My goal is always to capture the heart and existence of whoever it may be I'm drawing I love watercolor. It lends itself very well to my style. I'm also very accomplished in other mediums as well: graphite, acrylic, oil, batik, charcoal, conte, and others. I'm very open to suggestions and completely interested in working with other's ideas and thoughts. I'm always looking to better my work.
