EarthcookiE Pro. sketch samples

I love drawing , and so draw anything and everything. Having freshly graduated from Algonquin college Animation program, i have a keen sense of character, and background art, as well as a good grasp on lifedrawing.
My art is varied, from very traditional childrens book style, to animation simplified characters:
Realistic, animal, fantasy, american super hero style, japanese comic style, illustration, and styles within all these are not beyond me.
I love all sorts of stories, from baby books to simple readers, any book with a good story to it is only made better by the pictures to kick an imagination into high gear.
I dont have any set fees, so if you have a project and might like to use my work, you can contact me via email or blog comment.
Samples of my work can be found on deviantart and my blog.
thank you for looking! :)

Small team of illustrators
by Wordsworm Ink
(Canada)
birds and fairies
I work with two other people to create illustrations. As a team, we are able to create better work than any of us can individually. Together, we have two and a half books illustrated.
Myself: I direct the art, and create the prototypes and guides for the people I work with. I can also do layouts using Indesign.
Harry: A teacher of art at a university, and 50 years of illustrating experience, he is a master of drawing and a good painter.
Adit: A highly developed computer graphics designer. He colours what Harry draws.
As a team, we would be happy to get some contracts to work on.

Mouse with Cheese
I use pencil crayon and i apply smudging techniques that make them blend easier and become almost like watercolor.
I have been published many times and have been able to conform to each author's individuality. I would be pleased to work with someone new, to constantly challenge myself, and to bring your art to life. I have been drawing my whole life, I specialize in animals but have branched out to many other categories of art.

Quaint and Artsy: Children's Book Illustrations
by Katie Hanlon
(Ontario, Canada)
Tim Tippet teddy bear
Quaint and Artsy Illustration
I illustrate with watercolors, creating a colourful, homespun look for children's books. My focus is on simple figures that appeal to children (people, toys, animals, etc.).
Each picture is unique and personal, done by hand and only slightly edited on photoshop. As a book illustrator, I have been inspired by the work of Beatrix Potter, A.A. Milne, and Edmund Dulac.
I am eager to illustrate! I am open to low-budget contracts and am happy to discuss any project depending on its content, length and time-restrictions. I am also willing to provide a few sample sketches.
Please contact me by email: Katie Hanlon
I would love to hear from you!

Passionate Illustrator & Colorist
by Jessica Lindsay
(Montreal, Canada)
island concept
Hello! I'm Jessica, an illustrator, colorist and overgrown child from Montreal Canada.
Like many other artists I spent most of my childhood drawing, creating worlds and keeping them alive through my art throughout the years. Drawing doesn't only put bread on the table, it nourishes my very soul and it's something that Id never be able to live without. I'm passionate about what I do, and there's nothing that I like more than to help others realize their projects. I want to help people create their own worlds. Ive worked with animation, gaming, media and publishing companies as a freelancer for a couple of years now. I have a traditional 2d animation background, I studied at cégep du Vieux-Montréal where I completed my first animated short "Uno". It was always my dream to do a film so I did just that. Even though I did not pursue animation as a career, it gives me an advantage over most artists in terms of storytelling. I've done a lot of storyboarding so it's very easy for me to visualize scenes from text. I have prior children's books experience as well, I worked on the "Balthazar" series for Courte echelle editions which is a continuing series. Two books have been published and another one is on the way. I've also had my work printed in various artbooks such as cfsl, Merure and Erri. I'm very comfortable when it comes to digital illustrations, and I can also do some traditional work. I work very fast and very efficiently. Aside from being an illustrator, im also a serious art enthusiast. I'm part of an organization here in Montreal that creates art and comic anthologies, showcasing art from local talents. Hopefully we'll be able to collaborate on some projects! If you'd like to see more samples of my art you can go visit my website, Jessica Lindsay: Illustration and Artistic Services. Looking forward to working with you! Sincerely, Jessica Lindsay
