I just went "live" on CreateSpace Feb. 20th. I am not live yet on Amazon, but I will be shortly. As far as my marketing goes, I am tripping through the Internet and learning as I go, I also have two very enthusiastic children who have several of their friends interested in the book so far, so I have quite a few pre-sales already. I plan to visit some of the independent book stores locally to see if they will take some copies on consignment, etc. etc. We shall see, it is a good book!
