Arm Pits?
by Xavia McCloud
There are a lot of things I know to be true, I know that I use my feet to run, kick a ball, skip, hop and as a place to put my shoes. I know that I use my toes to stand on when I need to reach really, really high. I also use my toes for little piggies, that go we we we--- just like this you see. I use my hands to open pickle jars, catch a ball, and swing from monkey bars. I clap my hands to the beat, and hold my Mommy’s hand when I cross the street. I can also walk on my hands when I’m upside down. I know that I use my fingers to scratch when something itches. They also point to the stars, wave goodbye, button buttons, and turn off switches. I use my mouth to talk, blow bubbles and to sing; but, eating is my favorite thing! I know I use my eyes to see, my ears to hear, and my nose to smell, but Mommy there’s just one thing, what we need it for, I can’t tell. I tried and tried but I just can’t think of it, why do I have arm pits? HA HA HA HA HA, that tickles. Oh I see, I have arm pits so you can tickle me!
